Aims and scope

Energy Education Science & Technology is dedicated to detailed and comprehensive investigations, analyses and appropriate reviews of the interdisciplinary aspects of renewable, fossil, biomass, agricultural residues, municipal solid wastes, hydro, solar, nuclear, geothermal, wind energy sources, all energy conversion processes, energy education, science and education, hazardous emissions, environmental protection topics included experimental, analytical, industrial studies. Also included are suitable topics regarding the efficient energy management and use of air, water, and land resources.

Notes and Instructions to Contributors

Submission of Papers Manuscripts for publication may be sent to the Editor-in-Chief, a member of the Editorial Board. Submission address is: Editor-in-Chief, Professor Ayhan Demirbaş, P. K. 216, TR-61035 Trabzon, Turkey. Manuscripts can also be sent to any member of the Editorial Board (see inside front cover for addresses). Although this journal is international in scope, all articles must be in the English language. Potential contributors whose first language is not English are urged to have their manuscript competently edited prior to submission. Papers should be written in the third person in an objective, formal and impersonal style.

Manuscript Preparation

General:
Manuscripts must be typewritten, double-spaced with wide margins on one side of white paper. Good quality printouts with a font size of 12 or 10 pt are required. The corresponding author should be identified (include a E-mail address). Full postal addresses must be given for all co-authors. Three copies of the manuscript should be submitted.

Abstracts:
Each manuscript must be include a brief abstract and a short list of keywords.

Text:
Follow this order when typing manuscripts: Title, Authors, Affiliations, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Main text, Conclusion, Acknowledgements, Appendix, References, Vitae and Figure Captions followed by the Figures and Tables. Pages should be numbered consecutively. The corresponding author should be identified with an asterisk and footnote.

References

All publications cited in the text should be presented in a list of references following the text of the manuscript. In the text refer to references by a number in square brackets on the line (i.e. In the earlier work [1]), and the full reference should be given be in a numerical list at the end of the paper.

Illustrations, Tables, Symbols and Units

All illustrations should be provided in camera-ready form, suitable for reproduction (which may include reduction) without retouching. Photographs, charts and diagrams are all to be referred to as “Fig(s)” and should be numbered consecutively in the order to which they are referred. They should be accompany the manuscript, but should not be included within the text. Tables: Tables should be numbered consecutively and given a suitable caption and each table typed on a separate sheet. Footnotes to tables should be typed below the table and should be referred to by superscript lowercase letters. Symbols and Units: All Greek letters and unusual symbols should be identified by name in the margin, the first time they are used. SI units should be used wherever possible, as recommended in ISO 1000 and BS 5555.

Electronic submission, Proofs, Offprints

Authors should submit an electronic copy of their paper on disk with the final version of the manuscript. The electronic copy should match the hardcopy exactly. MS Word is preferred if available; 3.5 inch high-density disks are recommended for software. Proofs will sent to the author and should be returned 48 hours of receipt. Corrections should be restricted to typesetting errors; any others may be charged to the author. Any queries should be answered in full. Offprints (reprints or the issue of Journal) will be supplied free of charge.

Copyright and Correspondence

Paper are considered for publication on the understanding that they have not been submitted to any other publisher. With the exception of review papers, the work described must be original and, generally speaking, not previously published. Authors who wish to reproduce illustrations that have been published elsewhere must obtain the permission of the copyright holder.
